Formed in 1995 ESP Ltd. are fortunate enough to have a Board of Directors with over 30 years’ experience in the membrane switch industry. From simple labels to complex backlit membrane switches, all enquiries receive our urgent attention followed up with a precisely detailed cost estimate. Housed in modern premises ESP will design your membrane products on up to date CAD systems and print them in a 5 micron filtered pressurised Clean Environment. In addition to extensive in-process inspections, all products are subjected to a 100% final electrical inspection and test covering switch function, contact bounce, circuit and insulation resistance. Archive samples of all production works orders are retained and all materials used recorded on a Material Traceability document. These archives are kept for at least 5 years from the date of manufacture. Periodic type approval and special purpose endurance testing is carried out in-house and copies of these tests are available upon request. It is our mission that the culmination of these procedures will give you the confidence of knowing that your ESP membrane product will work first time, every time.
